Dear Earth Angels 👼 Master Your Emotions with ANGELS 🧚‍♀️ 🌺ANGELS are continuously creating miracles in the lives of numerous people and I am grateful to them for making me capable enough to spread this knowledge all over the world through my courses. My intention is to make my students learn the process and bring positive and desired changes in their own lives and in the lives of their loved ones.🌺 I get the privilege to witness the life journey of my students closely and shifts they get in their lives through the courses designed by me in different aspects of life like Health, Relationships, Career and Money. I counsel people from different walks and come to know their various kinds of emotions, expressions and reactions towards their life situations. As you know that I always guide you to genuinely analyze your current status to know how to approach the solution for your current challenge 🔸Do the helplessness of others make you emotionally weak? 🔸Do others words and actions trigger you instantly? 🔸Do you feel unable to control your anger or tears in various situations? 🔸Do you feel depressed because of past painful memories? If you can resonate with these behavioral patterns then you are emotionally imbalanced and these patterns will not let you grow in your life. This implies that you have no control on your emotions and if this is the case then how can you expect to control your life and life situations and make it to work in your favor. You will get the desired results in your life when you know the exact time and proportion to express and react with balanced emotions. The imbalanced emotions lead the person in a state of anxiety, depression and mood disorders. It is also the outcome of poor self care and especially when you are not appreciated or get noticed for your services. These signs are actually more dangerous than it seem as whenever you are undergoing these types of emotional imbalance there is a continuous war between your mind and heart . This internal struggle is responsible for mental and physical illness and people suffering from this disorder avoids others company , withdraw or isolate from others. You may also experience that you become sad or even cry without any specific reason or sometimes a very small statement of other person can hurt you deep inside and moreover you won't be able to convey it in a right way. This also affects your personality and make you over sensitive and you spend hours of thinking on the things that actually don't matter in your life and there is a probability that you can hurt your loved ones also because of this emotional imbalance and can result in broken relationships. On this day I am guided to let you know that emotions are the way to express ourselves but you must learn to master your emotions before reacting in a certain situation so that you can have control on your life. I am sharing some useful tips to overcome this challenge ✔️Do regular meditation to master your emotions ✔️Balance your Heart chakra ✔️Write 360 Hz frequency to balance your emotions ✔️Learn the art of self care with ANGELS ( refer to previous chapter for details) You must learn to master your emotions otherwise they will overpower you and lead you to a state where you will face physical and mental illness. ANGELS always provide you strength and guidance to make you successful in every area of life.
