Surfing the internet , scrolling down videos and reels and watching YouTube without any purpose waste your stamina, energy and thinking capacity as well. Manytimes you know this fact that you are not going to get any result by spending time on social media but still you feel unable to control yourself. Excessive use of screen and addiction can weaken your eyesight and can also cause neurological disorder in children. This disorder can affect the capability of your children to learn, grasp and understand the concepts.
